My Go-To Post-Workout Meal

There is no better food combination than peanut butter, banana, and chocolate--so good.

I have recently been loving making chocolate peanut butter nice-cream as a post-workout meal. I especially love it after a long run out in the hot sun--It is so satisfying and just so creamy and delicious! And what could be better than ice cream all day everyday? NOTHING.

Ingredients
2-2 1/2 frozen ripe bananas
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
2 tbsp peanut butter powder**
1 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp cacao nibs

Instructions
1. In a blender, blend together the bananas, almond milk, cacao powder and peanut butter powder until smooth and creamy
2. Spoon into a large bowl and top with a swirl of peanut butter and a sprinkle of cacao nibs

So easy, yet oh so yummy!

*Most of the time I just chuck everything into the blender without measuring--the measurements are about what tends to go in.
